12G,
You know, it only feels like yesterday that we were in Year 9, watching dodgy subbed movies in French about time travellers and having Stewart hammer in the definition of a map (after all, a map is a plan of the real world, reduced in size according to a definite scale). From having four form teachers in four years, our form has certainly been a tumultuous one. To all our amazing form, who have done the most amazing things, from being amazing leaders and dancers and singers, to our amazing form captains and to all the amazing form teachers we've had over the years (Gurciullo, Wegner, Stewart and Dew), thanks for all the super duper amazing times we had. You guys have been the most kind and funny and witty people ever.
Times such as when we were in year 9, getting to know each other while trying to find mobile reception at the camp, fun times. When we went walking around St Kilda for our Geography excursion (remember, colour in one direction, and to keep your pencil sharp!). And even though we were separated in year 10 as a result of being guinea pigs for the new elective system, we still managed to keep our (covalent) bonds strong. And then we had our form teacher Mr Gurciullo.
And then VCE came, but we still had the best times.
And of course Year 12 with our form teacher rotation. You guys have achieved so much, have been there in times of need, have won the year level enviro dress, have rebelled against eating food in the LRC, have told the worst jokes and been the most lovable and sarcastic people.
And I guess now, G is for Goodbye. No matter what you guys do in life, our time at Macrob will always be something to remember. And to put a twist on all that everyone has said yesterday: - it is not the missed form assemblies that you'll remember, nor the times you spent trying to figure out whether in a ester the alkanol or carboxylic acid goes first, but the times we shared over the last four years from winning dance offs to Year 9 camp, all of the amazing friendships we made in this unique form, and all of the things we've done.
