Thank you to Sam for the following photo:
13 years, 13 years of education and 4 years with the most amazing form a girl could ask for. Year 12 has been absolutely brutal, undoubtedly a rollercoaster for some, yet undeniably the greatest year yet… The fact that we all still have smiles on our faces today says something.
Now, in year 9 I met a group of girls who have definitely taken a role in shaping who I’ve become, and that’s not to say I haven’t taken a part in another student's’ life either. We’ve all gone through the same things at MacRob. Starting at a new school isn’t easy, we’ve all done it at least twice and we all know how hard it can be, but it was the warm, open mind of each individual 12C girl that made the whole transition into macrob seamless. Whether it be clogging up the year 9 locker bay by sitting in our massive circle finishing our homework for the next class, or staying up all night on our year 9 science doc helping each other understand why we even need to learn about the electromagnetic spectrum, we’ve held each other’s hands from day 1 and walked down this road together. But there wouldn't be a 12C if it wasn't for the amazing Ms Rodriguez. Ms Rodriguez isn't just a form teacher, to us she is like a second mum to all of us. There is no other teacher who could have possibly tolerated our loud singing/screaming or our chaotic form environment. Ms Rodriguez, over the past 4 years you have turned school into a home and turned our form into a family. I thank you on behalf of our 12C family for being our support system.
Now, I'm not going to stand here a tell you we’ve loved each other from day one or that it's been smoothing sailing throughout our journey. We have definitely argued and there have been times where our patience with each other has really been tested, but at the end of the day we always come together and pull through as a united group because that's what families do. Now I know our journey of school has closed but we are about to start a whole new journey together, although we may go our separate paths, I know that if we ever have a 12C reunion we will still be the crazy chaotic family we are today because families never changes. Only thing though, that I want to I guess put out there is.. Um Mr Allan, is there any chance we could get our slave tests back?
we all made it up these steps together, and there’s only a few more to go. So for one last time let’s go out chanting together,
Me: WHAT’S THAT NOISE?!
Them: HEY GIRLS AND BOYS!
SOUNDS LIKE 12C
Me: 12 WHAT?
Them: SXC
Me: 12 WHAT?
Them: 12 CHAMPIONS!
All: WE’RE 1 NOT 2 NOT 3 12C
